1. Introduction

We, the Prosacon GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously. All data that you submit to us while visiting our website will be treated as confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This applies in particular to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

In our privacy policy we inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of collection, processing, and use of your personal data.

2. Data collection and processing

(a) Automatic data acquisition

Once you visit our website, for technical reasons your Internet browser will automatically transmit data which will be stored in a log file on our provider’s server. This file contains information about the type and version of your browser, the operating system you are using, the website that you visit, the website from which you visit us (referrer URL), date and time of your visit, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This data will be stored separately from personal data that you may have submitted and will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to review this data when there are concrete indications of an unlawful use.

(b) Personal data

You may visit our website without providing personal information. We will collect personal data (e.g. name, email address) only if you submit these voluntarily through our contact form or via email.

Without your explicit consent we will use this information only to process and fulfil your request and will not disclose it to external third parties.

(c) Handling of user data in case of illegality

In individual cases, we are permitted to disclose user data if ordered by responsible authorities for the purpose of law enforcement, to avert danger by the state police, to comply with statutory tasks of the state and federal offices for the protection of the constitution, of the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counterintelligence Service, or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

4. Contact form and email requests

If you send us questions via the contact form or by email, your request and contact details will be saved for the purpose of processing and in the case of further queries. Without your explicit consent we will not share this information with external third parties.

5. Data collection in case of a job application

If you apply with the reference to a job advertised or submit an unsolicited application, you agree that we can collect, store, process and use your personal data with the intent to clarify the possibility of an employment relationship. In case your application does not result in a contract, we may keep your personal data for up to six months, allowing us to answer questions which may arise. On no account we will share your information with third parties.

6. Information on, deletion and blocking of user data

At any time you have the right to request information about which personal data we have stored about you, on the origin and the recipient of the data as well as the purpose of data processing. You have the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of these data. Therefore and in case of further questions about personal data please send an email to info@prosacon.eu.
